It’s easy to have favourites when it comes to wine labels. Opinions are aplenty, even if you don’t ask for them sometimes. A Bordeaux would be a no-brainer, one would think, but that’s not always the case.
Here’s a quick way to discover a broader appreciation of wine. You can’t go wrong with the full range of Terroirs, an easy-drinking collection of excellent value.
Thanks to Sarment’s — Keyyes’ exclusive wine partner — experience and reach in the winemaking world, it has all the tools to create its own contemporary collection of the archetypal wine styles. With Terroirs, it seeks what matters the most — top quality flavours from real producers.
Savour Terroirs, the Full Collection
The wines were curated simply. They were entirely blind tasted and handpicked by one of Sarment’s trusted sommeliers. Jean-Marie Pratt, whose professional journey began under Gerard Basset, one of the world’s greatest living sommeliers, travelled far and wide to bring you the best from the Old and New World.
Sourced from the rolling mountains of Languedoc-Roussillon to the sea-drowned valleys of Marlborough, every wine is bottled for flavour and never for where it’s from. The whole point of drinking wine is to enjoy it for what it is, after all.
The Terroirs full range features the following six varietals: Sauvignon Blanc 2016, Riesling 2016, Chardonnay 2016, Sangiovese 2015, Shiraz 2016 and Pinor Noir 2015. The Riesling, for instance, expresses an ideal balance of fruit, dryness and minerality. The Pinot Noir, on the other hand, bursts with notes of violet, dark cherry and blackcurrant.
